  • Wild and Crazy Ullr Fest

Starting January 5th, all the crazy locals come out to celebrate the Winter Solstice.

One of the hot and contested affairs is the Ullympics, which includes fabricated events such as the ski boot relay. The main attraction of the week is the Ullr parade, our pride and joy, where local companies compete to see who can create the most outrageous float spectacular. Main Street becomes a lively and colorful spectacle for the afternoon; locals and visitors alike take part in the parade.

Teams from around the world get out their tools to compete for the title of Champion of the Budweiser International Snow Sculptures. Not to worry, there is a place for everyone including People’s Choice, Kid’s Choice, and the elusive Artist’s Choice.

  • Sensational Slopestyle Competition

Do you have what it takes to compete in this year’s USASA Slopestyle Competition? If so, strap up along with 180 other competitors for the snowboarding competition of the year. Feel like sitting back and watching from the sidelines? Lucky for you there is a scenic view on Park Lane where you can view the event and cheer on your fellow boarders.

  • The Colorful Mardi Gras Parade

March 1st gives Breckenridge yet another reason to close down Main Street for the annual Mardi Gras Parade. This parade is one of the more spirited and eye-catching events to march down the street. The sidewalk is lined with masqueraded spectators ready and waiting to collect the most beads, don’t forget your boa!

  •  Fantastic Spring Fever Festival

You could not end the season better than with the annual Spring Fever Festival. This spectacular features an array of free concerts, as well as a multitude of activities. The highly anticipated Breckenridge Spring Beer Festival will be moving to Ridge Street this year to accommodate over 30 beer vendors and 3 live bands.
